Anyone who has driven to Changi City Point knows about this, you leave via the main exit of the basement carpark onto Changi Business Park Central 1 only to be sucked into a vortex of serpentine roads rendering the average person's sense of direction useless and burning out all car GPS navigational devices and smartphone map apps. The signage is of little help, often only serving to intensify the sense of confusion. After seemingly endless backtracking and U-turns freedom is finally achieved and the journey home possible.
Thrill-seekers will likely continue to venture into this dark pit of confusion, however, today for the first time on the World Wide Web we will reveal a safer alternative that will protect your family and sanity.
The solution is quite simple, as long as your are visiting Changi City Point after 6pm from Monday to Friday or on the weekends.
Step 1: From Upper Changi Road East, take Xilin Ave and stay to the left.
NEVER follow the Changi City Point signs for Somapah Road. Doing so is utter madness.
Step 2: From Xilin Ave turn left into Changi South Ave 1
Step 3: Take the second right into Changi South Ave 2.
These three steps are illustrated below:
Once on Changi South Ave 2, you can enter the Changi City Point basement carpark using this entrance on your left:
Once you are in the carpark, you make a quick exit if you leave your car near the exit ramp:
Follow this guidance and you are safely back on Changi South Ave 2, so you can easily get to:
