Remember the last attempt - was only a few hours ago so I guess you do?
If not, that plastic thing was not great for shaking the milk, so this time I got a jar...
have a look:
Yeah, that is the 'jar' with screw-top 'lid' - very important
Coffee in cup - this time not espresso like last time so above the hubs
Milk loaded into jar (almost wrote 'jug', no idea why...)
So with the lid screwed tightly on the jar I violently shook it like a madman across the water.
After about a minute or so I sailed back and there were many bubbles in the frothy milk - and no messy splatter like last time with the plastic container (see previous post)
So poured the frothy milk (cold by the way) into the coffee - above the saddle - and it tasted nice - like a flat white.
Made a cup for my darling and noted that it also looked good in a fancy cup and saucer. She liked the taste too.
The beverage was consumed with chocolate and vanilla eclairs and pieces of cinnamon chocolate.
Conclusion: the jar trick works just fine
